  • Once full payment is received, you will receive the agreed-upon deliverables as outlined in the project proposal.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain ownership of all raw footage and project files.

  • I reserve the right to use completed projects or excerpts for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Final deliverables will only be provided once full payment has been made.

6. Revisions Policy

  • Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed upon in advance. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Revision requests must be submitted within the agreed-upon timeframe.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel after I have begun work on your project, you may be billed for completed work at the agreed-upon hourly or project rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

I strive to deliver high-quality Services but cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim liability for any loss, damage, or claims arising from your use of my Services.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which is available on my website.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on my website, and continued use of my Services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
